Im Februar wurde CRUX PPC 2.7 veröffentlicht, eine Linux-Distribution für Apple 32bit NewWorld G3/G4-Rechner, Apple 64bit G5-Rechner, Genesi PegasosII und Efika, Acube Sam440ep, YDL Powerstation, IBM Intellistation POWER und IBM Power Systems Server.
